Cork Pride takes place on the first weekend in August every year.
Loafers is one of the oldest gay bars in Ireland, its small but very cosy and very friendly. Can be quiet early in the evening but gets busy late on weekends. Chambers bar is very popular with young people and has late night clubs throughout the week. Rubys is another popular venue for late night clubbing. Mykonos Sauna is a recent addition to Cork’s gay scene set over two levels and boasts a number of cabins.
