DUBLIN PRIDE

Dublin pride takes place in late June every year, the parade is one of the biggest in the country, with a huge turn out every year and still has a very community feel, rejecting big commercial sponsorship over the years. The gay pride parade kicks off at Parnell Square (Garden of Remembrance) every year, goes down O’Connell Street, thru College Green and finishes with a large free outdoor party at Merrion Square. Later in the evening all the local gay bars and clubs go wild with big parties, some can get very busy so plan your night well. Many venues expand to take up outdoor space and even some straight venues across Temple Bar and beyond go gay for the day. Dublin Pride 2020 will happen in June.
